Interesting, thanks for Sharing. I have a few queries 1. Kindly shed some light on iodine protocol 2. Any investigations to be done to find out vitamin A and fatty acid deficiency? 3. Any biotics supplemented for SIBO?

100% botanicals (not antibiotics) prescribed for SIBO.

Iodine protocol is as mentioned: just through addition of whole foods in diet. NO additional supplementation.

Great, great question around Vit A and Fatty Acid deficiency. Will make a separate post to explore this.

Yes to Omega 3:6, and no to Vitamin A. I've foudn that Vit A is actually quite bio-available available in a wide variety of whole foods.
